Please note: Conscious Breath group sessions are priced beyond the regular weekly offerings.  A Shack Pass may be used toward these classes - please contact Tina for more information.

Conscious Breath group sessions

Breathwork in groups is a uniquely powerful experience.  Together, we support ourselves to get out of our ego and step deeply into the innate power of our heart by creating a supportive container for healing and transformation.

These groups are also an affordable option for ongoing treatment.

Creative Vinyasa 

Join us for a class of movement, breath, and rejuvenation. 

We will move through a series of flows and postures, each with creativity and intention. The focus will be expanding, lengthening, strengthening, and releasing. 

This class is all levels and open to beginners. 

Please join us for a community-based hour of breath, connection, and movement.

Consciousness Class

Join us for this interactive gathering that combines breathing, meditation and learning about various laws and principles of metaphysical science.  

This class holds a clear and powerful intention to raise consciousness through a variety of teachings and practices so we may support ourselves and each other along our paths of conscious evolution, or ascension.  The only requirement for this class is an open heart and mind.

Gentle Restorative

In this class we will remain in gentle postures for 5-7 minutes each, providing time for the body to relax and open. We will use props to accompany each pose, to provide additional support and comfort. 

This class offers time and opportunity for deeper relaxation; the space where true healing and harmony reside. 

Absolutely no experience is necessary.

You are invited to join us in a safe, welcoming environment.
